However, G Skywings does not symbolize or warrant that access to the Web site will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors, or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses would be transmitted.




  • Reach even earlier than before; Tickets have specific rules and regulations imposed by airlines that are subject to change at any time.


  • You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to practice this service. Also, At least one adult must accompany children below the age of 18 yrs.


  • You can reserve online for up to nine (9) passengers (including adults and children) per booking.


  • Payment for online bookings can be executed through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and cash cards, or more.


  • The responsibility to ensure the exactness of all documentation, including an original passport, visa, inoculation record (if required), rests solely with you. G Skywings will not be answerable for any damages arising out of incomplete or improper documentation on your part.


  • The carriage of passengers and their luggage by air shall at all times be subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the carrier concerned. The airlines may expect you to pay additional fees at the airport for certain services. If you surpass certain limits as dictated by the airline, such as the number of bags or extra weight.


  • There are some terms and conditions which are not to be changeable:-


  • Name changes on a confirmed reservation are not admissible.
  • Airlines do not enable you to transfer your ticket to eminence or an individual.
  • There is no change in passengers' photos or phone numbers, and email to airlines will acceptable once the ticket is confirmed.


  • Airlines continuously refresh their fares. Fares are subjected to change and are not guaranteed until the airline confirms the purchase and a ticket number is allotted.


  • Every airline has a diverse policy on seat reservation; when you change your seat and can't have your meal on time, you are responsible for that. Airlines service charges special requests which are non-refundable. 


  • After you complete your booking, you will get a confirmation email with a booking number. This is the moment that your contract about the products and services ordered will come into existence. This confirmation email will provide everything about your booking. If you do not receive this confirming email, then call (-------------) or send an email to the Customer Service (--------------------------------) indicating you have NOT received confirmed email and number.




When you reserve with us, standard government taxes, as well as airport and carrier surcharges, are already included in your fare. However, some taxes and service fees are charged in addition to the fare you notice on our website.


  • A processing fee of up to "$$$" USD may be priced for each ticket to cover varied expenses, including procurement, fulfillment, quality control, and servicing of the flight ticket. All applicable fees are covered in the Total Trip Cost as quoted.
  • All fare regulations and processing costs are charged by G Skywings and may reflect on your credit card as a separate cost.
  • Although rates vary from country to country, most international governments and airports add a mix of immigration, customs, airport, and other fees received when you buy your ticket.
  • In addition, some international airports charge a departure tax paid in cash at the airport.
  • In some instances, when a customer book a reservation, they might see multiple transactions, but there is nothing to worry about, as the total charged amount remains the same in which G Skywings sold the ticket. G Skywings handle all these arrangements by itself.
  • All fare arrangements and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • When a customer reserved a flight simultaneously, the customer agrees to pay the Total Trip Cost charge as appearing on the final booking page. If applicable, shipping costs for paper tickets will be added if requested by the customer or required by the airline.
  • Charges on your credit card may be listed for each customer by the airline.


G Skywings don't offer any additional representation or guarantee made for the service fee charged. It covers only reserving creation, site usage, and assistance of our phone agent in searching airfares and travel products, if applicable. Service fees may vary at any time, and the updated prices may not reveal immediately. The actual service fee is displayed in the Total flight Journey Cost during check out. The customer has the right to decide against purchasing if the final price is not acceptable. Please reconsider the total flight Price carefully.




Our service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. in case the travel has not begun, the customer has called the airline's customer service to cancel. Cancellations can be made via our customer support page, telephonic or email features. GSkywings will accept refund requests after the following conditions met:


  • G Skywings sells a service fee per passenger. This fee is not refundable under any conditions and is independent of the rate selected by the customer.
  • For your security, bookings may only be withdrawn over the phone and not by email or webchat.
  • If you do not fly on the departure portion of your reservation, you will lose the total value of your ticket(s).




Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In some cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are set to book your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be asked to pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties, and any applicable G Skywings post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline's fare rules, policies, and systems, which are not under our command.




If a payment fails for whatever reason, the client must contact customer service to confirm the booking status since G Skywings can't guarantee the refund of duplicate bookings unless the user has previously contacted our customer service.




Any changes made to the route are restricted and subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; our flight ticket services do not allow any date or name changes after the booking completed.


  1. Additional Information


In order to make bookings on our websites, users will have to contribute information to identify passenger/traveler data and the mode of payment. This is done in various steps. Once the information is submitted, before completing your purchase, you will be presented with an overview of the submitted data to double-check it and complete your purchase. Additionally, once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all relevant information as well as evidence of payment.

All prices posted on our websites include flight taxes. They do not cover charges for visas or any applicable departure taxes in a given territory, which may be paid in local coins or U.S. Dollars in this territory.
